Have you ever wondered what it takes to make a remarkable chocolate bonbon or truffle...Or ever wish you could just take a peek and watch chocolates being made?
From start to yummy finish, sit back, relax and watch while we take you step by step through the process of creating a bonbon. We'll discuss choosing chocolate, putting together flavors and the finishing touches that will make
it special, all while demonstrating making a ganache, framing, cutting and dipping.
You'll also be taste-testers and flavor detectives while sampling an assortment of fresh chocolates and confections. There will be time to ask that burning question you may have and hopefully we'll be able to answer it!
Cost: $40 per person. Advance registration, please. Minimum of 5 participants. Class runs from 6:30-8:00pm.
