EHChocolatier Wins "Master Chocolatier" from the International Chocolate Salon

Best ChocolatierIn the Best of Chocolatier & Confectioners in America Awards, EHChocolatier was awarded 'Five Star Award: Master Chocolatier' presented by the International Chocolate Salon.

"The International Chocolate Salon Awards for the Best Chocolatiers and Confectioners in America are based on the combined total number of Gold and Silver Awards received by each entrant in the previous year's TasteTV Chocolate Salons in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Sacramento, and Fall (SF), as well as in the standalone Chocolate Salon Award Competitions for Best Caramels, Toffees, Bars, Truffles, White Chocolate, Best Hot Cocoa and Drinking Chocolate, Top Design and Branding, and Best Bridal Chocolates," says the International Chocolate Salon website.

Last year, EHChocolatier's Brown Butter Toffee Almond was a winner in the "Top Artisan Toffee Awards." This award winning confection features a toffee made with deeply browned butter and sliced almonds, covered in both dark and milk chocolate, sliced almonds and fleur de sel. You get the best of both worlds of our brown butter toffee with almonds - we make sure to include both dark and milk chocolate dipped pieces in each package. EHChocolatier's Brown Butter Toffee won Gold for 'Best Taste,' Bronze for 'Best Ingredients,' Silver for 'Best Texture,' and Bronze for 'Most Unique.'

EHChocolatier's Sipping Chocolate Collection also won awards in the 3rd Annual Hot Chocolate Awards. Blondie Sipping Chocolate is a unique sipping chocolate is Valhrona's Dulcey, a roasted white chocolate with comfy tones of dulce de leche and warm winter spices. This flavor won 3.0 Stars for 'Best Texture,' 4.0 Stars for 'Best Ingredient Combination,' 3.0 Stars for 'Best Taste', 4.5 Stars for 'Most Unique,' and 3.0 Stars for 'Best Overall Hot Chocolate Experience.' 

Mexican Sipping Chocolate by EHChocolatier is a dark sipping chocolate with spices, smoke and a touch of heat. This flavor was awarded 4.0 Stars for 'Best Ingredient Combination,' 3.5 Stars for 'Best Richness,' and 3.5 Stars for 'Most Unique.'

In the 2016 Chocolate Bar Awards, EHChocolatier's Caramelized White BarValrhona Ivoire baked to a beautiful caramel tone with rich flavors of dulce de leche, blended with crunchy roasted cocoa nibs and topped with fleur de sel was also a 2016 Bronze winner for 'Best Ingredient Combination.'
