Chocolate Club boxes are shipped the third week of each month. Orders placed before the 15th of each month will receive a box that same month. For example, order before 1/15, receive the Club in the third week of January. Order on 1/15 or after, the Club will be sent in the third week of February.

Depending on the time of season, 3-month, 6-month and 8-month subscriptions are available. An email reminder will be sent to the recipient when the chocolate is on its way! Shipping and any appropriate warm weather packaging is included with a club membership.

When is the Chocolate Club season?
Our Chocolate Club runs October through May each year.

Once I place my order for the Club, when will I receive my first shipment of chocolates?
If you place your order on or before the 15^th of the month, you will receive the first shipment that month.  If you place your order after the 15^th of the month, your first shipment will arrive the following month.

When can I expect my chocolates to arrive each month?Memberships are mailed out the 3^rd week of each month.

Can I send a gift note with the membership?
Yes, if you write a gift note when checking out, we will send that to the recipient with their first shipment.

How will I know when my membership has shipped?
When we ship your membership a tracking number will be emailed to you or your gift recipient (don’t forget to put your recipient’s email address in the order, so they know when to expect it!)

What is included in the membership each month?
You will receive a 6 or 12 piece box of bonbons (depending upon which size you chose), and a bag of confections.  Our confections may include pecan clusters, caramels, seasonal specials, etc.

Do I have to start my membership in October?
No, you can start any month up until March 15, 2021.  In March you will still be able to choose a 3 month membership.

What are my membership options?
First you chose how many months you would like to receive (this will change throughout the club season, i.e. in October you can choose 8 months, but after that the number of months you are able to choose will decline.)  Then you can choose the size of the bonbon box, either 6 piece or 12 piece.  No matter which bonbon box size you choose, one bag of confection goes with it.
