Gift cards are delivered by email to you, the gift sender, once we process your payment. You then forward this email to the gift recipient with your personal gift note. There are no additional processing fees and no expiration date.
What happens once I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from us. Once we process your payment, you will receive a second email that contains the e-gift card.
What do I do with the e-gift card email?
You can forward the email with the e-gift card to your gift recipient with your personal greetings or gift note.
I’ve placed my order, why haven’t I received my e-gift card?
Once we process your payment, you will receive an email with the e-gift card. This process can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours.
How can I redeem my gift card?
Once you have your chocolates in the cart, go to the checkout page and enter your unique gift code in the Gift Card or Discount Code section and click Apply to redeem. Your gift card balance will then be deducted from your subtotal. You will be asked for payment information on the next page if there are any additional charges.
Can I check my gift card balance?
You can contact us at email@example.com with your gift card code and we will let you know what balance you have remaining.
