The BFC - Best Flourless Cookie...ever. Can be eaten any time of the year, but especially during Passover. This Double Chocolate Flourless (and dairy free) Cookie has a delightful texture that is both crispy and chewy and profoundly chocolatey. It's so good it should be chametz ;) . Note: this item has a limited shelf life as all good cookies do. Can be stored in the freezer in an airtight container. Allow to come to room temperature prior to serving (or just microwave for a few seconds). Our kitchen is not kosher certified.
