Just in time for Mother's Day, our Spring Day Collection is exquisitely designed and filled with a delightful selection of chocolates that’s sure to make any mom feel special. Each signature black box is wrapped in a beautiful floral paper band. Note: Decor and paper may vary based on availability.

The 2022 collection includes:

Lavender Vanilla – A rich dark chocolate ganache infused with the gentle floral tones of lavender buds and vanilla beans
Maple Pecan Butter - A staff favorite that combines roasted maple pecans with milk chocolate to create a delectable praline.
Ghana 68% -  Distinguished by a subtle acidity that allows a note of round chocolate warmth to develop followed by a soft and sweet spiciness. Its character is enhanced by a delicate bitterness.
Boba Milk Tea - We are boba tea lovers here, placing a delivery every Friday.  Our version is based on Mem Blue Flower Earl Grey black tea, white chocolate and tiny bobas for a tasty, textured bite! 
Lemon Tart- We LOVE our homemade lemon curd. And we love TARTS! So we thought we would combine the best of both worlds and voila - our lemon tart bonbon. We tarted up our lemon curd so it would balance the sweetness of the white chocolate and added the buttery crunch of our own made pate sucree (fancy for - "sweet dough" cookie) and tucked it INSIDE the bonbon
Chamomile Tea - MEM Chamomile tea infused in a white chocolate ganache captures the essence of its floral tones.
