Pacific Coast Sea Salt Caramel

Hot Cakes uses salt harvested off of the Pacific coast in this luscious caramel sauce, and they use just enough to give way to saltiness, but not overpowered by it. They use organic dairy from WA state farms and as always, this sauce is made with human arms, dry-burned over a copper pot.
