A few of us are into homemade granola so we've been playing around with an artisan dark chocolate granola here at work as an afternoon snack. It turned out so well that we had to share it with you! Filled with seeds, nuts, coconuts, oats, Valrhona cocoa, chocolate chips, tart cherries and a bit of maple syrup. It's just sweet enough and the chocolate adds complexity to the granola. Have it for breakfast with your "milk" of choice and you're left with a lovely bowl of chocolate milk. It's a great snack at any time on it's own (as we can attest). And we hear it's pretty outstanding on top of ice cream or frozen yogurt. (Gluten free / Vegan)
