Peru - 39%: tasting notes -a deliciously smooth chocolate with a seductive milky sweetness and powerful cocoa taste, topped off with a hint of bitterness.
Dominican Republic- 46%: tasting notes -enhances the smoothness of milk with intense notes of cocoa and a touch of dried fruit, before revealing its fruity tanginess and slight bitterness.
Madagascar - 50%: notes of caramel, exotic fruits, spice cake and honey, completed with sultanas. On the aftertaste there is persistent note of roasting.
