These are not your average milk chocolate bars. We've created a tasting sampler to compare flavors from different chocolate producing countries. To make it even more interesting, the three tasting bars have differing amounts of cocoa.
Peru - 39%: tasting notes - a deliciously smooth chocolate with a seductive milky sweetness and powerful cocoa taste, topped off with a hint of bitterness.Dominican Republic- 46%: tasting notes - enhances the smoothness of milk with intense notes of cocoa and a touch of dried fruit, before revealing its fruity tanginess and slight bitterness.Madagascar - 50%: notes of caramel, exotic fruits, spice cake and honey, completed with sultanas. On the aftertaste there is persistent note of roasting. -
