Guanaja a 70% blend that reveals a whole aromatic range of warm notes from fruit, to coffee, molasses, and florals with an exceptional lingering finish.

Blood Orange & Almond Caramel A citrusy sweet and tangy caramel with the added texture of crunchy almonds enrobed in dark chocoalte.

Jivara  A 40% creamy smooth milk chocolate

Pinenut Cinnamon Praline made in house, this lightly textured roasted pinenut praline is blended with milk chocolate and a light touch of cinnamon

Burnt Caramel  A burnt caramel and chocolate blend accented with smoked Malden salt

Peppered Pineapple A two layered offering of szechuan peppercorn ganache and pineapple pate de fruit

Oolong Tea Nutty and toasty notes infused into this dark chocolate ganache

Passionfruit  A white chocolate ganache with the tart and tangy presence of passionfruit

Pistachio Apricot  A solid white chocolate heart with bits of pistachio and Blenheim apricot.

Star Anise Pink Peppercorn  A blend of milk and dark chocolate ganache with the assertive flavor of licorice and a delicate sweet peppery finish
