How does the Chocolate Club work?
- Our chefs hand-select freshly made chocolates from our kitchen.
- We ship the chocolates to you or your lucky gift recipient.
- You / they enjoy delicious, handmade chocolates.
How many artisan chocolates will I get in a package?
Each box contains a box of chef’s choice handcrafted artisan bonbons (6 or 12-pieces depending on the membership), as well as a bag of one of our award-winning confections, like pecan clusters, brown butter toffee or one of our unique candy bars.
Can I customize the chocolates I receive?
Freshness and flavor is what makes our chocolates stand out. That is why all of our products are handmade in small batches with attention and care given to each ingredient. We include a selection of the freshest chocolates in our kitchen, including seasonal items. Therefore, we are not able to customize the Chocolate Club boxes at this time. If you prefer to create your own box, try our ‘Your Choice’ bonbon box here or stop by our shop to order by the piece.
Do the membership boxes include dairy-free or vegan chocolates?
Our Chocolate Club boxes include chocolates that contain dairy. However, we do offer vegan and dairy-free chocolates available for purchase online here and at our shop.
When is the Chocolate Club season?
You can choose between a 3-month, 6-month, or 8-month memberships. The Chocolate Club season runs October through May and guarantees a fresh, unique box each month.

Is shipping included?
Yes! Shipping and any appropriate warm weather packaging is included with a club membership.
Where do you ship?
We’ve employed a rigorous testing process to perfect our shipping method so you can receive our Chocolate Club boxes anywhere in the U.S. at any time of the year including during warm weather months. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and only ship within the continental U.S. at this time.
When will I receive my first Chocolate Club shipment?
Chocolate Club boxes are shipped the third week of each month. Orders placed before the 15th of each month will receive a box that same month.
Can I purchase Chocolate Club memberships as gifts?
Yes! You have the option to purchase 3-month, 6-month, and 8-month subscriptions. When making your purchase, you will be asked to include the email address of the recipient on the product page so that we can send a notification each month to the recipient when the chocolates have been shipped.
When will my gift recipient be notified that they are receiving a box?
A gift note is included with the first delivery of the club membership with the sender’s note and letting the receiver know that they have received a gift of EHChocolatier’s Artisan Chocolate of the Month Club for the number of months gifted.
