Passover Chocolates for a Sweet Seder
There are many traditions about the Passover Seder that Elaine has enjoyed over the years: reciting the blessings, her children reading the four questions, the familiar rhythm of the meal, the annual comments about gefilte fish and haroseth, her mother-in-law's amazing matzah ball soup, and the hunt for the afikomen. Creating desserts has been a worthy quest during Passover. Elaine drew inspiration from the fruits, nuts, and of course, matzah, that play such an integral role in every Passover meal.
